What is the NOL Form?
NOL = No Objection Letter is an Official letter issued by Invest Melaka. Declares that Invest Melaka has no objection to a company or individual proceeding with a proposed activity or project.
Why Should You Apply for an NOL?
All industries intending to apply for a Manufacturing License from MIDA (Malaysian Investment Development Authority) must first obtain a No Objection Letter (NOL) from Invest Melaka.
How to apply? / Apply Guideline
Prepare Required Documents:
- Company profile / business plan
- Project proposal or description
- Land details (if applicable)
- Please refer Invest Melaka form provided in the website: https://investmelaka.gov.my/nol-e-form/
Guideline to Apply for NOL:
- The applicant is required to click the “Apply Now” button.
- Complete all required payment details and proceed with the payment.
- Once the payment is successfully completed, the NOL form will be sent to the applicant’s registered email address.
- Kindly fill in all required details in the NOL form and submit it accordingly.
- Upon submission, Invest Melaka will proceed with the processing of the NOL application.
Processing Time:
- Typically 7–14 working days (depending on completeness of documents)
Approval & Collection:
- Once approved, NOL can be collected or delivered digitally
