Open Day TVET @ EDA Industries

OPEN DAY TVET @ EDA INDUSTRIES

The Open Day TVET program was successfully held at the factory premises of EDA Malaysia Industries Sdn Bhd in the Jasin Industrial Area. This initiative was part of the “Wakil Rakyat Untuk Rakyat (WRUR)” program for the Bemban constituency, under the portfolio of YB Datuk Khaidirah binti Datuk Seri Abu Zahar, Deputy EXCO of Investment, Industry, and TVET Development.

Various engaging activities took place, including career exhibitions and pocket talks by institutions and industries, hair-cutting and bouquet workshops, a mental health awareness briefing by PERKESO Melaka, a factory tour for school students by EDA Industries, entrepreneurship sales, and even free haircuts.

The program aimed to bring the local community closer to TVET exposure as a future career pathway, especially for school students preparing to further their education.
