Official Visit from YAB Datuk Seri Utama Ab Rauf bin Yusoh

An official visit from YAB Datuk Seri Utama Ab Rauf bin Yusoh, Chief Minister of Melaka, to Long Chan Industries (M) Sdn Bhd took place on 6 August 2025 in conjunction with the Program Wakil Rakyat Untuk Rakyat (WRUR) Peringkat DUN Rembia.The visit, held at Zarina Industrial Park, Rembia, was also attended by the State Secretary of Melaka, YB Dato’ Azhar bin Haji Arshad, and YB Datuk Fairul Nizam bin Roslan, Melaka State EXCO for Science, Technology, Innovation and Digital Communication. The programme began with welcoming remarks by YBrs. Mr Raymond Lung Hian Han, Director of Long Chan Industries (M) Sdn Bhd.

Also present was Datuk Ginie Lim, Chief Executive Officer of Invest Melaka Berhad, who expressed support for strengthening strategic collaboration between the industry and the State Government. The visit provided an opportunity to closely observe the factory’s operations and explore potential areas of cooperation to further enhance the iconic local brand ‘Long Chan’, known for its carbonated beverages.
