Karnival TVET Negeri Melaka 2026 themed “Memacu Industri, Mencipta Kerjaya Masa Hadapan” brought together industry players, education institutions and government agencies.

The three-day carnival was officiated by Datuk Seri Utama Ab Rauf Yusoh, Chief Minister of Melaka, alongside Datuk Khaidhirah Abu Zahar, Deputy Exco for Investment, Industry and TVET Development. Datuk Ginie Lim, CEO of Invest Melaka, also attended the event, reaffirming Invest Melaka’s role as a supporting partner in strengthening the state’s talent ecosystem.

Over the past three years, Melaka has consistently recorded one of Malaysia’s highest graduate employability rates, with up to 98% of TVET and university graduates securing employment within six months.

Looking ahead, the Chief Minister announced the launch of the MULA MELAKA, supported by a RM1 million TVET Techno Entrepreneur Development Fund, to empower TVET alumni to build and grow technology-driven businesses.

The carnival offered more than 2,200 job opportunities, reflecting Melaka’s continued commitment to developing skilled talent while creating meaningful career pathways for the workforce of tomorrow.
