Invest Melaka Strengthens Ties with Malaysian-German Chamber to Attract German Investment

9 February 2026

Invest Melaka continues to strengthen international partnerships to position the state as a prime investment destination. On 9 February, we engaged with the Malaysian-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MGCC) to explore ways for German businesses to discover investment opportunities within Melaka’s industrial hubs. The engagement was led by Datuk Ginie Lim, CEO of Invest Melaka, together with Mr Hannes Farlock, Executive Director of MGCC.

The conversation centred on how Invest Melaka can support companies as they explore new ventures, while highlighting the state’s investment-ready infrastructure. This comes at an exciting time following the recent launch of Phase 1 of the German Technology Park (GTP) in Jasin, Melaka’s first ESG-managed industrial hub, offering sustainable, world-class facilities for businesses looking to establish or expand their operations.

Through initiatives like this, Invest Melaka continues to connect international investors with Melaka’s growing industrial ecosystem, fostering long-term growth and innovation across the state.
