Invest Melaka Partners With MPC to Host ADI Workforce Productivity Session

Invest Melaka Berhad, in collaboration with Perbadanan Produktiviti Malaysia (MPC) through the Akademi Dalam Industri (ADI) initiative, successfully conducted the Sesi Eksklusif Outreach ADI on 17–18 August 2026 at Hatten Hotel Melaka.

The session explored strategic opportunities to enhance company productivity through pembangunan bakat berasaskan industri, including the Diploma Profesional Luar Negara (DPLN) and academic pathways at Diploma and Ijazah Sarjana Muda levels through Pembelajaran Bersepadu Kerja (Work-Integrated Learning – WIL).

The initiative provides employees with opportunities to enhance their skills and competencies at the workplace while supporting pengiktirafan akademik rasmi and minimising disruption to daily operations.
