This was the focus of the session, where Datuk Ginie Lim, CEO of Invest Melaka, shared the state’s perspective, while Ms. Alice Lee, Managing Director of Ricoh Malaysia, brought in Ricoh’s experience in technology-driven business solutions.

The session explored practical applications ranging from AI-enabled workplace tools to workflow automation, supported by live demonstrations of Ricoh’s solutions.
