Infineon Technologies Celebrates

Today, Infineon Technologies celebrates the official opening of Block 11, the latest manufacturing addition to Infineon Technologies Sdn Bhd in Melaka, situated in the Batu Berendam Free Trade Zone 3.

The ceremony was graced by the presence of YAB Datuk Seri Utama Ab Rauf Yusoh, Chief Minister of Melaka, and Dr Rutger Wiburg, COO of Infineon Technologies AG, marking a significant milestone for innovation and growth.

During the event, Mr Eng Seng Meng, Senior Vice President & Managing Director of Infineon Technologies Sdn Bhd, shared insights into Block 11, highlighting its role in meeting the growing production demands. Infineon Melaka stands as a global leader in semiconductor backend manufacturing, employing nearly 11,000 dedicated individuals.
