Infineon and Melaka Chief Minister Discuss Future Semiconductor Growth

Invest Melaka was honoured to be part of a courtesy visit by Infineon Technologies to the Office of the Chief Minister of Melaka, aimed at strengthening strategic collaboration and exploring opportunities for future growth in the semiconductor industry.

Datuk Seri Utama Ab Rauf Yusoh, Chief Minister of Melaka, welcomed Mr. Eng Seng Meng, Senior Vice President & Managing Director of Infineon Technologies, together with the company’s delegation. Also present were Datuk Ginie Lim, CEO of Invest Melaka and Mr. Derrick Tanggapan, Director of MIDA Melaka.

The meeting provided a constructive platform to further strengthen the strategic relationship between Melaka and one of the world’s leading semiconductor companies, while exploring opportunities to drive skilled employment opportunities for the people of Melaka.
