Courtesy Visit from Arisprop Capital Berhad (ACB)

Invest Melaka Berhad (IMB) received a courtesy visit from the management team of Arisprop Capital Berhad (ACB), led by YBhg. Dato’ Haris Embong, Chief Executive Officer of the company.

ACB is a fully Bumiputra-owned company producing food products under the Arisburger brand, marketed across nearly 700 major supermarket chains such as AEON, MYDIN and LOTUS. In addition, ACB is also a supplier of Ready-To-Eat (RTE) burgers to 7-Eleven Café, involving 3,000 outlets nationwide.

Currently, ACB is in the business planning and preparation stage towards a potential listing on Bursa Malaysia, while opening opportunities for strategic collaborations, business matching and equity participation with interested parties. These opportunities offer the potential to generate annual dividend returns of between 10% and 15% for ACB shareholders.

YBhg. Datuk Ginie Lim, Chief Executive Officer of Invest Melaka Berhad, expressed strong support for ACB’s business development and was pleased to encourage the company to expand its food manufacturing facilities in the State of Melaka to meet growing client demand.
